Lowering corona technology of extra-high voltage substation in height areas

摘要 为降低高海拔超高压变电站电晕噪声,减少电晕引起的电能损耗和电晕噪声对环境的污染,延长设备检修周期和使用寿命。通过对高海拔地区已运行的超高压750kV变电站电晕情况调研分析,提出降低电晕的技术措施和方法:从设备、设计、金具制造和包装运输、施工各环节同时进行控制,在西宁750kV变电站工程(海拔2630m)建设中实施应用,降低电晕噪声效果显著。电晕噪声较750kV官亭变电站(海拔1890m)降低7.8dB,实现了海拔高度增加电晕噪声降低的目的。 In order to lower the corona noise of extra-high voltage substation in the height areas, and reduce the energy loss made by corona and the pollution brought by corona noise to prolong the maintenance period and service of equipment, the methods and technical measures of lowering the corona were presented by researching and analyzing the causes of corona of energizing 750 kV extra-high voltage substation in the height areas. That is to control each procedure of equipment and hardware including designing, manufacturing, package and transportation as well as installation. The methods and technical measures were proved successfully since they were adopted in the Xining 750 kV Substation (sea level: 2 630 m). The corona is lowered 7.8 dB compared with that of 750 kV Guanting Substation (sea level: 1 890 m), which reaches the goal of sea level higher, corona lower.
