The basic principles, role and enforcement methods for dangerous location identification and pro-control measures were introduced, and the applicability of dangerous location identification and pre-control measures in safety management of 750 kV power transmission line construction was discussed. The dangerous location identification and pre-control measures in construction of 750 kV Guanting - Xining were introduced such as the foundation construction link, construction environment, person and mechanical equipment of construction.
