摘要
以钢轨为研究对象,针对现场实际监测过程中,货车重量监测值随行车速度提高而变小的现象,分析随速度增大的摩擦力对钢轨承载区域的影响。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立钢轨有限元模型进行静力学仿真,通过详细的结果数据对比表明,钢轨承载区会随着摩擦力的方向产生偏移,且偏移量随摩擦力的增大而增大。
The monitoring forces between wheel and rail will become smaller when the lorry moves fast through a limited monitoring distance. Taking the rail as the object of study and analyzing the influence of the friction force which increases along with the speed on the load bearing region of rail. The finite model of the rail is established in ANSYS finite element analysis software and the static simulation is carried on. It indicates through contrasting the detailed result data that the rail load bearing region has the displacement along with the friction force direction, and the displacement quantity increases along with the friction forceincreases.
