摘要 把机动车运行安全检测技术的发展,分为执行国家强制性标准被动的定期检测方式阶段、定期检测与主动性的状态监测方式相结合阶段,和以主动性状态监测方式占主要地位的未来发展阶段。分析各个阶段的技术特点,指出主动性的状态监测方式是未来保证机动车安全行驶的主要手段,也将是机动车运行安全检测技术发展的必然趋势。 The development of vehicle driving safety measurement technology is divided into three stages: the passive periodic measurement mode stage which implementing national compulsory standards, the periodic measurement and active status monitoring mode combining stage, and the future development stage that active status monitoring mode occupies the main status. The technical characteristics of each stage are also analyzed. It is pointed out that the active status monitoring mode will be the principal method that guarantees vehicle driving safety in the future, and will also be the inevitable trend of vehicle driving safety measurement technology development.
