摘要
针对重载电动轮对输入转矩脉动敏感的缺点,提出减小电动轮总成中感应牵引电动机输出转矩脉动的方法。描述感应电动机的矢量控制数学模型,并应用Matlab/Simulink软件建立传动系统仿真模型。分析矢量控制中滞环脉冲发生器环宽对电动机转矩脉动的影响,以及磁链给定值对电动机输出转矩脉动的影响。仿真结果表明:通过以上方法可以较好地改善电动机转矩脉动问题,改善电动轮的使用性能。
A method to decrease torque ripple of induction motor was developed to solve the problems that over lord electric-wheel is sensitive to input torque ripple. The vector control mathematic model of induction motor was deduced and the modeling on the driving system of induction motor were completed by Matlab/Simulink. The influence of the hysteresis band value of current regulator and the reference value of flux on the vector control are analyzed. Simulations and experiments show that the method could decrease torque ripple of induction motor and improved the perfermenee of electric-wheel.
