摘要
针对汽车制造企业的冲压生产线,运用统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control,SPC)技术对影响冲压生产线质量的因素进行分析,再利用主成分分析并借助多元回归,将关键因素和质量特性指标相关联,建立一个预测、控制和改进生产线质量的数学模型。通过理论和生产实践验证其有效性,有助于优化生产条件,提高冲压生产线的响应能力和生产质量。
Considering the punch line of the automobile manufacturing enterprise,the analyses the factors that affect the quality of punch line by using the technology of SPC and then establishes a mathematical model that predicts, controls and improves the quality of production line by connecting the key factors with the quality character index with the help of principal component anal- ysis and regression analysis. The effectiveness of the model has been proved by theory and practice,beneficial to optimizing production conditions and strengthening the response competence as well as the product quality of the punch line.
