摘要
介绍一种基于等离子弧熔覆的快速成形工艺。研究不同扫描方向对成形件抗拉强度和延伸率的影响,结果表明,零件的纵向抗拉强度和延伸率均高于横向。通过层间成形方向相互垂直的扫描方式,可以制作整体上各向同性的零件。零件致密度达99.27%,与激光熔覆成形相当。
A plasma arc deposition based rapid prototyping was presented. Mechanical properties of the parts built with different scanning direction were investigated. The experimental results show that longitudinal tensile strength and elongation of the parts are better than transverse tensile strength and elongation. The whole isotropie parts can be deposited by changing scan direction between two adjacent deposited layers. The relative density of the parts is 99.26% and well compared with the laser deposition.
