摘要
采用超声探伤的原理,开发一种速度快、功能强的铜棒超声波自动检测系统。重点阐述机械结构总体设计框架,详细分析结构总体设计的主要内容。该结构成本低、检测速度快,能够满足在线检测要求。
Based on ultrasonic testing principium, a system of ultrasonic automatism testing for copper rods is developed. The mechanical frame of structural design is mainly introduced, analyzed the main content of mechanical structural design and the important effect in detail. It has cheap costs, high speed to realize testing in time.
