摘要
采用有限元法对晶须增强树脂基复合材料的应力/应变场,随界面结合状况的变化进行探讨。结果表明,界面结合力越强晶须端面应力集中现象越明显;界面结合完好时,晶须上承受的轴向应力较大,界面结合较弱时,晶须上承受的轴向应力明显减小,基体上承受的轴向应力受界面结合状况的影响不明显;当界面结合增强时,晶须上承受的界面剪切应力变大。
The change of stress-strain field with the interface combination in whisker-reinforced resin matrix composite was researched by finite element analysis. The results showed with the increased of binding force of interface, the stress concentration on the bottom of the whisker become obvious. When the interracial bonding strength increase,the axial stress on the whiskers is increased at the same time. It is not obvious that the effect of interface combination on the axial stress of resin. When the interfacial bonding strength increase, the interracial shearing stress on the whisker increased.
