摘要
提出一种多业务综合越区切换策略,该策略同时支持实时业务和非实时业务;通过双队列模式解决了实时业务的虚拟切换问题,有效地利用资源、缓解呼叫和切换拥塞;并通过建立多维马尔科夫链越区切换策略模型,为请求越区切换的实时业务提供了抢占优先和排队相结合的策略。仿真结果表明,系统的呼损率、阻塞率、强制中断概率等系统性能指标得到明显改善。
This paper introduces a multi-service integrative handoff strategy supporting real-time service and non real-time service. Using a double queues model to solve the false handoff of real-time service, the system resource can be utilized effectively and the congestion of call and soft handoff can be eliminated. Build a multidimensional Markov chain model to provide a handoff strategy with combination of preemptive priority and queuing management for real-time service. The simulation results show that call drop ratio, blocking probability ,forced termination probability and some other performance can be improved.
