摘要
转子偏心对永磁电动机的性能有较大的影响。本文基于等效剩磁的方法,利用永磁电动机中标量磁位所满足的微分方程和场量所满足的边界条件提出了静态偏心气隙永磁电动机磁场的解析计算方法。采用该方法计算了一台转子静态偏心的永磁无刷直流电动机在不同偏心率时不同半径处的气隙磁场分布,与有限元计算结果进行了对比,结果表明该方法具有较高的准确性,并得出了相应的结论。
Rotor eccentricity has great effect on the performance of permanent magnet motors. Based on the method of equivalent remaneance, an analytical prediction of airgap flux density in permanent magnet motors with rotor static eccentricity has been developed, using the governing field equations and boundary conditions. The magnetic field distributions for various relative eccentricity ratio at different radii are calculated and varified by the corresponding finite element analyses. Relevant conclusions are drawn.
