摘要
结合一次雾航时的碰撞经历，运用避碰规则分析碰撞原因，并对船舶在雾航中如何正确理解和执行《１９７２年国际海上避碰规则》以及对正规了望、安全航速、能见度不良、雾号的鸣放和能见度不良时的行动等专业术语，提出了有关见解．
The article applies regulations for preventing collision to the analysis of the causes of collision in the light of an experience of collision,and advances some original views about how to understand and carry out cor rectly 《International regulations for preventing collision at sea,1972》 in fog and professional phrases such as “proper look out”,“safe speed”,“restricted visibility”,“sounding of fog signal”and “conduct of vessels in restricted visibility”.
