加快长江口综合整治开发的原则与重点

Principle and important of speeding up comprehensive development of Yangtze Estuary

根据长江口的自然经济及社会发展状况,提出了长江口综合整治开发应遵循因势利导、人水和谐及统筹兼顾的基本原则,近期应重点开展河势控制、南支河段综合整治、北支近期治理,在长江口综合整治开发过程中还需加强重大问题研究。

Basic principles of realizing harmony between man and water, taking all factors into consideration in line with local conditions is introduced for comprehensive development of Yangtze Estuary, considering natural and economic conditions and social development of the region, and assessment of natural conditions of the estuary and emergency and importance of Yangtze Estuary development in the whole river basin. Other issues need to be addressed in the comprehensive development of Yangtze Estuary are also discussed, i.e. river regime control, harness of south branch section and structural measures applied recently for north branch improvement.
