长江三角洲地区气候变化背景下城市化发展与水安全问题

City development and water safety in Yangtze River Delta under the background of climate change

全球变暖等气候变化背景下,城市化的高速发展给长江三角洲地区水文和水资源带来了较大的影响,该区域的水安全问题成为人们关注的热点。通过对该地区水文水资源变化气候背景的分析,选择区域内的典型城市,以遥感和GIS作支持,开展以城市化发展为标志的下垫面变化对降雨、径流及暴雨洪水的影响研究,分析了城市化发展对河网水系与水环境的影响。在此基础上,从保证城市水安全的角度,对水资源持续利用与优化配置进行了分析和探讨,以寻求地区城市化发展下的水资源利用与保护的对策措施,从而为保障地区水安全以及经济持续发展提供支持。

The Yangtze River delta is one of the most developed regions in China. The fast development of urbanization has great impacts on hydrology and water resources in the region under the background of climate change. The paper first investigates the climatic background of hydrologic changes. Taking some typical cities as examples, the paper probes into the hydrological response of urbanization with the support of RS and GIS. The research centers on the impacts of urbanization on precipitation, hydrological process, river network and water environment. Based on the above analysis, the paper investigates sustainable utilization and optimal allocation of water resources from the angle of maintaining urban water security. The measures of utilization and protection of water resources is also seeking to address. The results of this study can provide useful support for and water security and regional economic development
