摘要
研究不同淬火温度和回火温度对高钒高速钢显微组织、硬度的影响。结果表明,风冷条件下,淬火加热温度低于1050℃,随着温度升高,硬度升高,超过1050℃,硬度反而降低。回火温度低于400℃,硬度变化不明显,超过500℃,随回火温度升高,硬度升高,并在530℃达到最高值,继续提高回火温度,硬度降低。
The effects of austenitizing temperature, tempering temperature on microstructure and hardness of high vanadium high speed steel were investigated. The results show that the hardness increases as the austenitizing temperature increases under air cooling when it is lower than 1050℃;while the hardness decreases as the austenitizing temperature increases when it exceeds 1050℃. When tempering temperature is lower 400℃,the hardness of high vanadium high speed steel has little change, while it will increase along with the increase of tempering temperature when the temperature exceeds 500℃ and the highest hardness is obtained at 530℃, and the hardness will decrease as the tempering temperature continues to increase.
