高能微弧火花作用下Al-Nd合金在AZ31镁合金表面沉积行为 被引量:4

Deposition of Al-Nd alloy on surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy by high-energy micro-arc alloying

摘要 使用高能微弧火花合金化技术在AZ31镁合金上用Al-Nd电极进行了合金化。研究了不同参数对合金化过程的影响以及合金化参数对电极材料的蚀除速率、质量转移规律的影响,并对电极和基材质量的变化进行了表征。结果表明,阳极和阴极的质量变化取决于工艺参数。不同参数下获得的沉积点具有相似的形貌特征,只是在尺寸上存在差别。合金化过程中同时存在电极材料向基材的转移和基材向电极材料的迁移过程。 Al-Nd alloy was deposited from an Al-Nd electrode on AZ31 magnesium alloy by pulsed high-energy micro-arc alloying(HEMAA) process. The depositions were conducted with a series of processing parameters. The influence of processing parameters on the electrode erosion rate and mass transfer direction was investigated. And the mass change of both electrode and substrate was characterized. The results show that anodie and cathodic mass change depend on the processing parameters. The deposited spots under different processing parameters have similar morphologies, but the different size. The material transfer from substrate to electrode and the material transfer from the electrode to the suhstrate occurr instantaneous
