摘要
采用微弧氧化方法在LY12铝合金试样表面生成了天蓝色的陶瓷膜层,研究了添加剂CoSO4的浓度和氧化时间对天蓝色膜层的影响。研究表明,在Na2SiO3浓度为100g/L、CoSO45g/L、电压550V、氧化时间为8min的条件下,获得膜层均匀、表面粗糙度Ra为1.2μm、厚度为24μm的天蓝色膜层。扫描电镜(SEM)分析显示,表面有很多微孔且互不相通,呈火山口状。能谱分析(EDS)显示:膜层化学成分为Al、O、Si、Co。在载荷15N、转速为10r/min条件下,300s内膜层未破裂,膜层摩擦系数约为0.65。
Sky-blue oxidation ceramic film was obtained on the surface of LY12 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation. The influences of additive COS04 concentration and oxidation time on the film were investigated. The results show that the film is even, and the surface roughness Ra of the film is 1.2 μm,the thickness is 24 μm and the colour is sky-blue under the condition of Na2SiO3 100 g/L,CoSO4 5 g/L, voltage 550 V and oxidation time 8 min. The film under SEM shows that there are many volcano-like micro-holes on the film surface and they don't connect with each other. EDS shows that chemical compositions of the film are composed of Al, O, Si and Co. The film is not broken within 300 s under the abrasion test with load of 15 N and rotational speed of 10 r/min and the friction coefficient is about 0. 65.
