摘要 研究了深冷处理对95Cr18不锈钢显微组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,深冷处理可以显著降低钢中的残留奥氏体量,析出更多的细小碳化物颗粒,提高钢的硬度及耐磨性;耐腐蚀性略有提高,但冲击功有所下降。95Cr18不锈钢在Mf点温度(-70~-90℃)进行深冷处理即可,继续降低深冷温度或进行两次深冷处理,并不能进一步改善其组织和性能。经过试验比较,95Cr18不锈钢经1050℃淬火后1h内进行-70~-90℃深冷处理(保温1~2h),处理后1h内进行160℃回火,效果较好。 The effects of cryogenic treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 95 Cr18 stainless steel were investigated. The results show that through cryogenic treatment, the residual austenite content of 95Cr18 stainless steel is remarkably decreased ,finer carbides precipitated, and the hardness and wear resistance are enhanced, the corrosion resistance is increased slightly, but the impact toughness is decreased. The optimal cryogenic treatment temperature is at Mf temperature( -70 ℃ -90 ℃ ), the microstructure and properties can not be further improved by sequentially deceasing the temperature or prolong the treating times. By comparison of the test results, the 95Cr18 stainless steel can be obtained preferable microstructure and properties after quenching at 1 050℃ for 1 h, then cryogenic treated in -70 ℃ to -90 ℃ for 1 -2 h,and tempered at 160 ℃ within 1 h.
