无卤磷氮阻燃剂的合成及在PC阻燃中的应用 被引量:9

Synthesis of Halogen-free Phosphorus-nitrogen Flame Retardant and Its Flame Retardancy in PC

摘要 以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-膦菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和N-苯基马来酰亚胺(N-PMI)为原料,合成了一种新型无卤含氮氧杂膦菲阻燃剂DOPMI,通过FT-IR、LC-MS、TG和DSC对DOPMI做了结构表征和热性能分析。研究了DOPMI及与其他阻燃剂复配应用于聚碳酸酯(PC)后对阻燃性能、力学性能、热分解行为及残炭形貌的影响。结果表明:含3%DOPMI、2%甲基苯基聚硅氧烷(MPS)和24%含磷阻燃PET的PC复合体系的阻燃级别达UL94 V-0级,极限氧指数提高到30.4%;阻燃剂的加入使PC的缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度有所降低;DOPMI虽不能增加PC的成炭率,但可加速PC交联成炭;此外,SEM分析表明DOPMI能促使PC发泡,MPS能起到协效阻燃的作用。 A novel halogen-free phosphaphenanthrene flame retardant DOPMI was synthesized from 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) and N-phenyl maleimide (N-PMI). DOPMI was characterized by FT-IR, LC/MS, TG, and DSC. The effect of DOPMI in polycarbonate (PC) was compared with other flame retardants on flame-retardancy, mechanical properties, thermal degradation behavior, and char morphology. When 3 % DOPMI, 2 % methyl phenyl silicone (MPS), and 24 % phosphorus-containing flame-retardant PET were blended with PC, limiting oxygen index of 30. 4 % and UL94 V-0 rating were observed. Notched impact strength and tensile strength decreased after the flame retardants were added. DOPMI didn't improve the char yield of PC, but it accelerated crosslinking and char forming in PC. Additionally, SEM photos indicated that DOPMI could promote PC foaming, and MPS had a synergistic effect on PC.
