摘要
基于计算机辅助设计(CAD)/计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术对汽车内饰件转向护板注塑模具进行了设计。运用Pro/E软件对模具进行了三维设计,根据注塑件的结构采用动模中心凸起对称分布,利用曲面复制和破孔填补的方式设计了分型面。并应用Moldflow软件对模具进行了CAE分析,得到了最佳浇口位置,获取了型腔中的气穴分布,合理设计了排气槽,提高了模具设计效率,创新了设计方式,提高了模具设计品质。应用斜顶机构实现了塑件侧抽芯,确保了塑件顺利脱模。采用简单的直通式冷却系统,简化了模具结构,降低了制造成本。
Based on CAD/CAE and Pro/E technology, a three dimension injection mould for steering protection board of automobile inner decoration was designed. Central convex symmetric distribution was taken on the moving mould; contour copy and hole-fill were employed in the design of parting surface. The optimum gating location and exhaust system were attained based on Moldflow software. A special tilt mandril of the core side-pulling mechanism was designed, which ensures the mould work successfully. The simple cooling system predigests the injection mould structure and economizes the cost.
