Field Handover Test of Main Transformer in 1000 kV Southeast Shanxi Substation

文章通过晋东南1000kV主变现场调试的实践,对1000kV主变本体、调压和补偿的原理进行了探讨,对试验过程中主变调压、变比试验、高压套管试验、绕组连同套管的直流电阻试验、绝缘油颗粒含量检测等项目进行了重点简述和总结,可为特高压变压器现场试验工作提供参考。

Through the on-site commissioning of main transformer in Southeast Shanxi Substation, the principles of 1000 kV main transformer body, voltage regulation and compensation are researched. The test items such as voltage regulation and transformation ratio test of main transformer, high voltage bushing test, DC resistance test of transformer windings and bashings, the detection of insulating oil gas granule content and so on are summarized in the hope of providing reference for on-site tests of UHV main transformers.
