太湖短吻银鱼染色体组型的研究

STUDIES ON THE KARYOTYPES OF NEOSALANX TANGKAHKEII TAIHUENSIS

本文研究了鄱阳湖和滇池产的太湖短吻银鱼的染色体组型,其结果为:2N=56,并论述了其三个组型特征,未发现其他异型染色体.

Study of the karyotypes of Neosalanx tangkahkeii taihucnsis Chen through the chromosome preparations from suspended embryo cells by air drying tech-nique were accomplished. Results showed that. N.tangkahkeii taihuensis Chen had a diploid chro-mosome number of 2N = 56. Two pairs of the index of 0.60-0.33 were identified as metacentric chromosome; Twenty pairs of the index of 0.33-0.14 were identified as submetaceutric chromosomes; and 6 pairs of the index of 0.14 -0.00 were identified as telocentric chromosomes.
