摘要
对一种小型蒸发装置的不同操作条件进行了深入分析,得出了在各种不同的操作条件下的蒸发器各部件的压力组合。依据分析的结果对各部件进行了强度设计计算,得出了部件在不发生失稳事故条件下的最小壁厚,运行试验表明对蒸发器的强度设计是可靠的。
Through the analyses of the different operation condition of the small-scale evaporator, sum up the different combination of the press. This paper mainly introduce the calculation of the vessel strength of the small-scale evaporator, design the least thickness in order to satisfies with the stress, and the operation test prove that the design is reliable.
