机舱自动灭火系统的虚拟设计

摘要 设计了基于铂电阻传感器的机舱自动灭火系统,该系统主要包括温度信号采集与放大、A/D转换、单片机数据处理、着火报警及灭火器引爆驱动电路。建立了检测温度与模拟电压的定量关系,为单片机编程奠定了理论基础。基于Proteus对系统的软硬件设计进行了仿真,结果表明,系统检测结果精确,工作运行可靠。在机舱自动灭火乃至民用火灾预防方面,具有推广价值。 The automatic extinguishing system of compartment was designed ,which was based on the transducer of Pt thermal resistance. The system includes the circuit of collection and amplification circuit of temperature , A/D change, data procession by single chip, giving an alarm. and ignite driving. Meanwhile, the relation between temperature and voltage was also founded, which is the base of programming. Results of Proteus emulation show that, the system works reliably and the survey is exact. In automatic extinguishing and fire-defending, the system will play an important role.
