摘要
介绍一种使用超声波进行液位检测的微机控制系统及其硬件组成和相应软件流程图。为使测量具有较高的精度,系统在测量方式上采用在容器底部放置超声波探头的回波检测法,使超声波在液体中来回传播以稳定超声波传播速度。该系统由脉冲发射电路,变增益接收电路,温度补偿电路和相应的控制电路组成。
This paper introduces a single-chip-microcomputer control system for supersonic-wave fluid-surface-height measurement and the hardware circuit and the software flow chart of the control system. Inorder to achieve high precision of measurement, the supersonicwave sensor is set under the container to make supersonic-wave stable. Which includes a pulse transmitter, a variable gain receiver, a temperature compensatingcircuit and related control logic.
