摘要 大功率变频器目前在工矿企业中的应用越来越广泛,这种基于软开关技术的三相变频器电路,综合了PWM技术和软开关技术的优点,在保持传统三相PWM逆变桥工作方式不变的情况下外加一个辅助的谐振电路,从而组成了零电压过渡三相PWM软开关技术变频器的主电路。本文针对大功率变频装置的特点,对主电路、功率开关器件的选择及应用中需要注意的事项进行了阐述,为使用者选择变频器时作为参考。 At present, high power converter is applied more widely in the industrial dition,it and a auxiliary resonant circuit consist of main circiut of the zero voltage transitional three-and mining enterprises.The Three-phrase Converter Circuit is on the basis of the soft switch technology, it can synthesize the merit of between PWM technology and the soft switch technology,in adphrase PWM soft switch technology under keeping the way of the traditional three-phrase inverting bridge.The present paper make exposition about the characteristic of High Power Converter and the matters of which take notice in the selection and application of the main circuit and the power switch device.User is in the selection of the converter for reference.
