摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,PLC已进入日常生产、生活的各个方面,PLC的应用在工业控制领域已成为必不可少的内容。文章介绍了在钻孔专用机床中通过PLC控制液压系统,来实现对工件的加工,并给出其PLC控制系统的顺序功能图和梯形图程序设计,通过实验验证了设计的合理性。
Along with the science and technology rapid development, PLC entered the daily production, life each aspect, the PLC applica- tion have become the essential content in the industrial control area.This paper introduced in drill hole single purpose machine tool through the PLC control hydraulic pressure system, realizes to the work piece processing grinding, It also gives the design of drill hole single purpose machine tool by PLC control system, including the design of flow chart and ladder diagram. The practice shows the validation of the design.
