摘要
用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对朱砂根3种类型的15份资源进行遗传多样性分析和聚类分析。从200个随机引物中,筛选出17个对15份供试朱砂根资源均能产生多态性谱带的引物。在这17个引物所检测的247个位点中,229个位点为多态性位点,多态性高达92.71%。聚类分析结果表明,不同朱砂根类型之间存在明显的遗传差异,而且根据RAPD标记进行的朱砂根类型聚类结果与其形态上的分类结果基本一致。
15 accessions from 3 kinds of germplasm were used to analyse the genetic diversity and to carry out cluster analysis by means of RAPD in Ardisia crenata Sims. 17 random primers, which were selected out of 200 random primers, generated 247 bands, and 92.71% of them were polymorphic. The result of cluster analysis showed that there were significant differences among the 3 kinds, which accorded with the result obtained from morphological classification.
