摘要
以翅果油树种子为材料,研究了不同水平的PEG浓度、浸种温度对种子活力及发芽的影响。结果表明,在25%PEG、2℃下渗透调节效果好,能明显提高翅果油树种子的活力指数,发芽速度比对照有明显的提高,种苗质量得到改善,植物的抗逆性提高;生理生化指标分析表明,在该处理条件下,种子中可溶性蛋白和热稳定蛋白的含量增加,SOD、CAT活性提高,MDA含量与POD活性降低。
The effects of low temperature and PEG pretreatment on germination of E. moUis Diels Seeds were investigated. And we found that the infiltration effect was evident when pretreated with cood stress at 2 ℃ and 25%PEG. The seed vigor index and germination velocity was improved remarkably. The seedling quality and Stress Resistence were improved too. The physiological and biochemical changes of the seeds were examined. Under the treatment conditions, the content of soluble Proteins, boiling-stable Proteins, as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD). And catalase(CAT) increased while the MDA content and the activity of peroxidase (POD) decreased.
