摘要 对94GHz二次谐波渐变复合腔回旋管进行了系统的理论与实验研究,所研制的回旋管采用渐变结构复合开放式互作用腔、双阳极磁控注入电子枪及内置TE03-TE02-TE01模式转换器,并兼作回旋管收集极作用.设计、研制与测试了94GHz二次谐波渐变复合腔回旋管,在注电压51kV和注电流11.8A下得到156kW的脉冲输出功率,工作频率94GHz,工作模式对TE02-TE03,平均输出功率3.05kW,效率26%. The systematic theoretical and experimental study on 94 GHz second-harmonic wave tapered gyrotron is presented in this paper. The tapered complex cavity structures, and magnetron injection electron gun(MIG) , and inner TE03-TE02-TE01 mode converter and collectors are employed in the gyrotron. A pulse output power of 156 kW is obtained at a beam voltage of 51 kV and beam current of 11.8 A, with operating frequency 94 GHz, operating mode TE02-TE03, average output power 3.05 kW, and an efficiency of 26%.
