摘要
本文系统地回顾了文献记载的β-W结构相电子化合物晶体结构资料,讨论了上述电子化合物电子浓度e/a值与固体能带理论分析值之间的重大偏离;并首次系统地解释了上述电子化合物晶体结构,讨论了它们的意义和应用.
In this paper, after a systematic survey of the crystal structures of β-W phase electron compounds published in literatures, it is found that great divergence between the electron concentrations and theoretical analytic value of the successful energy bond existed. An obvious explaination of crystal structure of the β-W phase was presented explicitly for the first time and its meaning and application was discussed finally.
