知识的集成及应用是知识管理中的关键。概述了知识管理模型的组织和管理对象,探讨了基于本体实现知识关联及基于本体的医学知识网络模型的有关问题,讨论了医学知识网络模型的特点,指出构建医学知识网络模型用以解决知识集成与检索问题,对提高医院知识管理效率具有一定的参考价值。

The integration and application are the keys of the knowledge management. This paper summarizes the organization and management objects of the knowledge management model, probes into some problems relevant to the realization of the ontology based knowledge association and the ontology based medical knowledge network model, discusses the features of medical knowledge network model, and points out that the construction of medical knowledge network model for solving the problem of the knowledge integration and retrieval possesses certain reference value for increasing the efficiency of hospital＇ s knowledge management.
