面对教育教学改革和就业形势的变化,深入分析了目前工科类本科毕业设计所面临的主要问题,结合桂林电子科技大学机电工程学院多年来在工科类毕业设计环节的教学改革探索和实践,从丰富和完善毕业设计支撑条件、加强指导教师管理和综合素质培养、加强毕业设计过程管理几个方面论述了保障工科类毕业设计质量的措施。

Under the situation of education and teaching reform and the employment changes, this paper makes deep analysis on the current main problems faced by the graduation design for engineering courses, and connecting with the exploration and practice of teaching reform of School of Mechanical ＆ Electrical Engineering, Guilin University of Electronic Technology, discusses some measures for guaranteeing the quality of the graduation design from the aspects of enriching and improving the supporting conditions for the graduation design, strengthening the management and cultivation of the comprehensive qualities of the instructors, and strengthening the management of the graduation dwsign process, etc.
