智能型带式输送机保护研究

Research on the Protection of Intelligent Belt Conveyors

以带式输送机为研究对象,在分析带式输送机故障的特点及保护原理的基础上,对原有的监测控制系统进行了改造,实现了基于S7—200型PLC的智能型带式输送机保护控制系统。研究表明,用PLC技术实现带式输送机保护具有智能化及高可靠性优点。

Taking the belt conveyor as the research object,, and based on the analysis on the fault features and protection principles of the belt conveyor, this paper makes transformation of the original monitoring system, and realizes intelligent belt conveyor＇ s protection and control system based on s7-200 PLC. Research shows that conveyor protection by PLC （programmable logic controller） technology has the advantages of intelligence and high reliability.
