摘要 在Alchian&Demsetz标准团队理论基础上,将代理人内在的公平偏好考虑进来,建立了基于公平偏好的团队理论模型,分析在预算平衡约束和代理人的公平偏好存在条件下的团队效率以及公平偏好对团队合作的作用机理,可以为合理利用代理人的公平偏好提高团队生产效率,提供理论指导和启示。 Using the standard team theory of Alchian & Demsetz's, this paper sets up the team theory model based on agents fairness preference and analyzes the mechanism of fairness preference effect on team cooperation and team efficiency considering budget balancing constraint and agents fairness preference. This conclusion could provide some theoretical guidance and suggestions to improve team production efficiency.
