模拟某机场大气环境下LY12CZ铝合金的腐蚀行为及其当量关系的建立 被引量:10

摘要 通过模拟某机场较严酷的自然环境,对LY12CZ铝合金进行试验室加速腐蚀,研究其不同阶段的腐蚀损伤行为和最大腐蚀深度的变化规律,并采用腐蚀程度对比法确定该机场环境下LY12CZ和试验室模拟环境下的当量加速关系,为预测飞机结构的腐蚀、确定日历寿命和制定修理周期提供可靠的依据. The corrosion behavior of LY12CZ aluminum in laboratory environment simulated the atmos-pheric environment of one airport. By the test the variation of corrosion damage and the maximum corro-sion depth versus time were gained. Then by comparison the observed corrosion damage in the laboratory test with those in airport atmospheric environment the relation between corrosion damage with the relevant atmospheric parameters was established. The results provide a reliable reference in predicting the aircraft structural corrosion, determining the aircraft calendar life as well as establishing the repair cycle.
