镀锌钢板表面稀土镧盐、硅烷协同钝化研究 被引量:13

摘要 提出了镀锌钢板的稀土镧盐、硅烷协同钝化工艺,先在镀锌钢板表面沉积一层稀土镧盐转化膜,再用乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷处理得到复合膜.盐雾试验、醋酸铅点滴试验、失重实验和电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)测定表明,复合膜的耐蚀性优于单一镧盐转化膜和常规铬酸盐转化膜.扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,复合膜表面极其致密均匀平整.漆膜划格试验结果表明,复合膜附着力达到5B标准,再涂装性可靠. The process of a joint passivation treatment of galvanized steel sheet by lanthanum salt and si- lane was studied. Through first forming lanthanum salt conversion film, then on top of which Vinyl-( β-methoxy-ethoxy) silane was deposited to form a complex film. Corrosion resistance the complex film was examined by salt spray test, lead acetate test, weight loss and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS). The results showed that the corrosion resistance of complex film was superior to lanthanum film and the conventional chromate conversion film. Scanning electron microscope (SEM)observation showed that the complex film with a good completeness and a uniform compactness. The adhasive performance of the complex film was characterized by cross scratch test, which indicated that the adhesion of complex film reached 5B standard, therefore, such complex film possessed a reliable refleshability.
