金属间化合物晶体结构的研究——Ⅳ.σ相及α-Mn结构相晶体结构的新解释

A STUDY ON THE CRYSTAL STRUCTURES OF INTERMETALLIC COMPOUNDS

综述了国外所记载过的σ相及其相关的α-Mn结构相电子化合物晶体结构的大量历史资料,讨论了上述化合物的电子浓度e/a值与固体能带理论分析值之间的重大偏离;并从两个不同的角度确定了σ相的晶体态电子浓度临界值之间的等价性,为研究过渡金属合金相提供了一条新路.

In this paper, after a aystematic survey on numerous historical informationsabout the crystal structures of the cr-phase and the related α-Mn phase electron compounds listed in literatures. It was found that there was deviations of the electron concentractions from the energy bond theory. Here, an equivalence of the critical values of the crystalline electron concentraction of the σ-phase compounds was established from two different, points of view. An obvious explaination of the σ-phase and the related α-Mn phase about the crystal structure was systematically presented explicitlty for the first time. σ-phase electron compound, α-Mn phase electron compound, Average group number of the transition metal, Space filling value, Lattice constants
