图书馆的核心价值是图书馆和图书馆员在为社会提供服务时所应该具有并坚持的一系列价值观。探讨了图书馆信息营销的核心价值效应,并构造以营销为核心的业务流程来达到对图书馆的业务流程再造。
The core value of the library is a series values that the libraries and the librarians should possess and insist on in the course of providing the service for society. This paper probes into the effect of the core value of library's information marketing, and constructs the operation flow centering on the marketing for reconstructing library's operation flow.
