摘要
目的观察过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)在腮腺癌中的表达状况,探讨其临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学技术检测89例腮腺癌(腺泡细胞癌40例,恶性混合瘤26例,腺样囊性癌23例)组织中PPAR-γ的表达状况,以肿瘤周围正常腮腺组织作为对照进行研究。结果正常粘膜、腮腺癌标本中PPAR-γ的阳性表达率分别为86.52%(77/89)、20.22%(18/89),与正常腮腺组织比较,腮腺癌组PPAR-γ表达率下降,差异有显著性(P(0.05);PPAR-γ低表达与组织学类型无相关性(P>0.05);与肿瘤淋巴结转移和临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论PPAR-γ在腮腺癌中的表达低于正常腮腺组织,腮腺癌组织中PPARγ的异常表达提示其与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of peroxisome proliferator - activated receptoγ (PPAR - γ) in parotid gland carcinoma. Methods The changes of PPAR - γ in 89 cases of parotid gland carcinoma (40 cases of acinic cell carcinoma, 26 cases of malignant mixed turnout and 23 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma) were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method, the surrounding normal parotid tissue was used as the control. Results The positive expression rate of PPAR - γ was 20.22% (18/89) in all carcinomas, 86.52% (77/89) in normal parotid gland tissue. Compared with that of normal parotid gland tissue, expression rate of PPAR - γ significantly decreased in parotid gland carcinomas ( P 〈 0.05), and no significant difference was found among three types of parotid gland carcinomas. The positive expression rate of PPAR - γ had no correlation with tumor differentiation ( P 〉 0.05), but had correlation with lymph node metastasis and stage of carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The positive rate of PPAR - γ, in parotid gland carcinoma significantly lower than that of normal parotid gland tissue, which showed that the expression of PPAR - γ in parotid gland carcinoma had correlation with carcinogenesis and development.
