葡萄糖、蔗糖、蛋白胨用量对短裙竹荪菌丝生长的影响

摘要 以短裙竹荪Dictyphora duplicata的三个菌株Z_1,DO_2,Z_4为材料,试验了以葡萄糖、蔗糖为碳源,蛋白质为氮源的母种培养基,对竹荪菌丝生长势、菌落直径和菌丝干重的影响.结果表明,葡萄糖、蔗糖各10g混合使用优于葡萄糖、蔗糖各20g单独使用;蛋白胨用量超过2g/L时,对菌丝生长有抑制作用. Strains of Dictyophora duplicata Z1, DQ2 and Z4 were used. Effects of the amounr of glucose and sucrose and peptone in the cultore medium on the mycelial growth, the colony diancter and the dry matter weight of mycelia have been tested. It was found that 10 g/L glucose and 10 g/L sucrose was better than 20 g/L glucose or sucrose. While the peptone reached 2 g/L, the mycelial growth.would be inhibited.
