TNF-α、IL-12在格林-巴利综合征患者脑脊液中水平的研究

Research on the Levels of TNF-αand IL-12 in Cerebrospinal Fluid of Patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome

目的了解格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素12(IL-12)的水平,探讨TNF-α及IL-12在GBS发病过程中的作用。方法采用ELISA法对26例GBS患者的脑脊液中TNF-α、IL-12进行测定,并与25例其他神经系统疾病(OND组)及22例健康人(NC组)进行比较。结果GBS组患者脑脊液中TNF-α、IL-12的水平均显著高于OND组及健康对照组(均P<0.01),而OND组与健康组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论GBS患者伴有脑脊液TNF-α、IL-12水平的显著升高,提示细胞因子TNF-α、IL-12可能在GBS发病机制中起重要作用。

Objective To observe the levels of TNF a and IL-12 in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome, and explore their effects in pathogenic mechanism of GBS. Method All the cases were divided into three groups： GBS patients （n=26）, other neurologic diseases patients （OND, n=25） and Normal Control （NC, n=22）. The levels of TNF-α and IL-12 in cerebrospinal fluid were measured by ELISA assay. Result The levels of TNF α and IL-12 were significantly higher than OND and NC group （P〈0.01）. There was no difference between OND and NC group. Conclusion The high,levels of TNF α and IL-12 in cerebrospinal fluid of GBS patients was suggested that them possibly play an important role in the pathogenic mechanisms of GBS.
