摘要
文章分析了刷镀电压及阴阳极相对运动速度不同时的快速镍刷镀层的组织结构,同时指出镀层单位面积孔隙率可由刷镀工艺及镀层厚度进行控制。
This paper analyses when different voltages and different relative motion speed between positive pole and negative pole what is the structure of quick nickel brushing layer and this paper also points out the porosity of specific area of brushing plating layer can be controlled by brushing plating process and thickness of brushing plating layer.
