摘要
山东冶金机械厂采用ＺＧ２５Ｃｒ２铸造生产离心铸管机管模模体段，针对铸造缺陷产生的原因，制定并执行合理的铸造工艺，保证了铸件质量。
The mould shell of pipe mould of centrifugal casting pipe machine which is made from ZG25Cr2 is produced by casting method in Shandong metallurgical machine plant.Through reasonably determining casting process,conscientiously analyzing produced cause of casting defect and puting forward some practical method for saving these questions,the casting quality can be ensured.
