摘要 目的:调查比较古、现、今中药饮片处方的药味数、剂量数,了解它们的变化趋势,为指导临床用药提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样法抽取《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中的500首方剂、《现代实用方剂》(1989年版)[1]中500首方剂及本院2008年前半年处方中的5 000张处方,将处方数据输入微机,进行统计分析。结果:处方药味数、剂量数均渐增加,然后根据药理学进行分析。结论:药味、剂量的变化应与现代药理研究相结合。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the variation trend of prescriptions of Chinese decoction pieces from ancient time, modem time to present age in medicinal ingredients and doses so as to provide reference for clinical drug use. METHODS: By random sampling, 500 prescriptions from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Jin Gui Yao Lue, another 500 prescriptions from Present Practical Formulas (1989) and 5000 prescriptions from our hospital in the first half year of 2008 were collected for statistical analysis using computer. RESULTS: The medicinal ingredients and doses of the prescriptions had been on the rise. An analysis was carried out based on pharmacology. CONCLUSION: The variation of the medicinal ingredients and doses of Chinese medicinal prescriptions should be analyzed in combination with modem pharmacology study.
