摘要
目的:探讨临床使用造影剂引起肾损伤等安全性问题及相应对策。方法:针对目前临床使用造影剂引起药物相关不良反应发生率逐年攀升的问题,分析造影剂引起肾损害及相关问题的主要原因。结果:对造影剂使用引起造影剂肾病、肾源性系统纤维化、特异性反应以及临床常见的含碘造影剂皮试问题、造影剂局部渗漏等进行阐述,提出针对性的预防处理方法。结论:医护人员应重视临床使用造影剂的安全性问题,加强用药评估、监测及护理工作,避免造影剂相关严重不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the problems related to the safety and coping strategy of contrast media - induced renal injury. METHODS ： In view of the year - on - year increase of the incidence of the adverse drug reactions induced by contrast media, we analyzed the main reasons accountable for renal injury and the related problems induced by contrast media. RESULTS： Contrast media- induced radiographic contrast nephropathy, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, specific reaction, and the problems such as skin test of iodine contrast media and local leakage were expounded respectively, and the corresponding preventive treatment was put forward. CONCLUSION： Medical staff should give importance to the safety of contrast media as well as the evaluation, monitoring and nursing in clinical use of contrast media so as to avoid the occurrence of serious adverse drug reactions induced by contrast media.
