摘要
目的:了解我院急诊用药情况,促进急诊合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2008年1～3月的急诊处方2 075张,利用Excel软件对处方进行分类、统计。结果:筛选出不合理处方285张,占所查处方的13.73%,主要表现在处方过度、重复用药、配伍不合理、用法错误及无适应证用药。结论:尽快制定诸如实施处方点评、开展临床合理用药培训、增进药师与医师交流等有效措施来解决不合理用药问题。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the emergency drug use in our hospital so as to improve rational drug use. METHODS ： A total of 2 075 emergency prescriptions in our hospital from Jan. to Mar. in 2008 were randomly selected and classified statistically using Excel software. RESULTS： 285 prescriptions （13.73%） were found to be to irrational, which manifested as excessive and repeated drug use, irrational drug combination, improper usage and non - indicated drug use. CONCLUSION： Some effective measures such as implementing prescription comments, developing training on clinical rational drug use and promoting the communication between pharmacists and physicians etc should be taken as soon as possible to tackle the problem of irrational drug use.
