This paper analyses the main accident Causes,taking the main bearing liner burnout of mine hoist for example at some where.They are using of overperiod lubricating oil,using of low quality lubricating oil,nonreasonable power matching,no maintaining equipments with its plan etc.This paper also puts up effective countermeasures according to about mentioned questions.
