摘要
文章证明了25t转炉上直齿圆柱齿轮传动的氧枪横移小车运行机构中车轮轴在正反向两种回转情况下,并且处于不同位置时的受载情况取决于车轮轴与另一轴的相对位置,而与所受的载荷类型和大小无关。并提出当载荷一定时,正、反向两种回转情况下,δ在0~π范围内,有合力最小值,建议在确定整体布置时尽量采用该最小值位置。
When the carriage wheel axles in wheeling mechanism of oxygen lance lateral displacement carriage with straight spur gear driving motion assembled in 25t converter revolute with straight and opposite direction,the condition of standing under load in different places depends on the relative place of carriage wheel axle with the other and has nothing to do with the types of standing under load and its varying sizes.When the load is fixed,it has a minimum of join forces in revolution with straight and opposite direction and with the range of 0≤δ≤π.It is recommended that the place with minimum should be adopted as fully as possible.
