摘要
根据传热学基本原理,对氧枪喷头端面覆层进行了分析。指出喷头施加表面覆层,在给热能力较高的瞬时状态能将热流密度降到喷头的冷却能力范围内,从而保护喷头不受瞬时峰值热流冲击,延长使用寿命。同时认为覆层材料的选择方向是高熔点、低导热系数。并且提出了确定覆层最佳厚度的方法。
According to the besic principles of thermal transmission,the coating of lance tip is analyzed.It is shown that the coating of lance tip may decrease the thermal flow density under instantaneous higher thermal suppply condition to a value within the range of cooling abitity of lance tip,thus the lance tip avoids shock by instantaneous peak value thermal flow,the service life of lance tip is increased.
